It is very comfortable and my lower back no longer hurts in the morning. It took me another 5 mins to convince him that it's not MY fault that there's a manufacturing defect, so there's no way I'm spending any money on a roll of plastic to wrap the mattress in. It will take you a night or two to get used to it. But It will work.
The 13 inch is a little high on my boxspring, so I probably could have done alright w/the 10 or 11 inch. He kept repeating, "Sir, just put the plastic back on".
However, keep in mind that selecting the right firmness level is one of the biggest components to long-term spinal support and relief.With the addition of infused foams and latex comfort layers, there will be better heat diffusion than other foam-based mattresses. (Yes, they are two different brands.)
This was not that mattress. It is super soft, which feels nice, except that I'd need two mattresses stacked on top of each other to create enough padding so I do not hit the foundation box.
It might be that a softer, plushier feel requires a more expensive production process for the memory foam. That was a chance I took, and it worked out greatly for me. Personally, I like to sleep on something very soft and plush so maybe I'd put a pillow top just to protect it and to make it even more fluffy.
It came rolled up and vacuum sealed into a box which by the way is super heavy.
I had no difficulty opening it and what was really cool was that it already started to inflate once I removed it from the box.
For those that are smaller in body size and a side sleeper, softer mattresses may be best.
And as far as it being cool, no it is not!! I hope that whatever caused the holes did not go through to the mattress but I will be checking that out tonight. The assembly was very easy & within a few hours the matteress took shape & we were able to sleep on it that night. !At 46, I’ve never owned a brand new bed in my life. He settled on sending me a prepaid roll of plastic. Would recommend to others. We will be buying another one in the future for our spare room.

Even though I thought it to be crazy to buy a mattress online without trying it out, we do not regret our purchase one bit.I wanted to wait a week before I wrote my review. and tend to be a back/slide sleeper who does not have a history of waking up in pain during my sleep. Otherwise, the mattress DOES feel great I must say. No aches!
Once you buy it you are stuck with it because to ship it back it will cost you almost the amount you purchased it for, so a double loss.
The cover is soft and beautiful. No pains! If you are looking for this type of mattress do not look any further.I have severe ME/CFS and I have been housebound, often bedridden, for many years now. Just make sure you look at the mattress cover THOROUGHLY and make sure your corners are SQUARE (after decompressing for 3 full days).
You owe it to yourself.Wish I had purchased this item long ago. My life is very challenging. We opened it around 5pm and by 10pm I had sheets and blankets on it and it was ready to sleep on.We absolutely love it!
